The hotel gym was convenient, and included several treadmills. the front desk staff were always available, and offered quick service. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. i found discounted parking in a nearby garage. This made transportation easy. i appreciated the well-equipped kitchen in the room, it included necessary appliances.
the street noise was noticeable, even with closed windows.

the loft suite had ample space and unique decor. the balcony was a pleasant addition offering a quiet spot. the bed was comfortable, and i slept well each night. complimentary coffee and tea were available which i found useful.
the bathroom lighting was inadequate and made applying makeup difficult. the mirror's height made shaving uncomfortable.

My room was quite spacious. The balcony provided an really good view. The bed was comfortable, which I appreciated. The location was also fantastic. It was really easy to get around. The staff were very nice and accommodating, so check-in was smooth. I enjoyed the overall experience.

the gym included good equipment. a kind employee also gave a solid suggestion for local dining. it was decent.
The front desk staff seemed rather unhelpful. when i arrived, i was informed about a $250 charge in case i damaged something. it felt unwelcoming. also, the location wasn't great. Walking back late at night didn't feel very safe.
